Lisa Yeh, LPC-Associate
Lisa Yeh is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, supervised by Leigh Rainwater, MEd., Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor. Lisa completed her Bachelors in Spanish and Theatre Arts at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. Lisa completed her Masters in Counseling at St. Edward’s University in Austin, with an emphasis on mood, adjustment, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
Lisa has experience in play and experiential therapies working with ages 6 and up during her graduate internship with Texas Baptist Children’s Home in Round Rock, Texas.
Along her path to becoming a clinician, Lisa has experience working within various therapeutic, wellness, and business settings. She strives to hold a warm, compassionate, and safe space in partnership with clients as they discover optimal skills and insights, according to their authentic self, strengths, cultural and interpersonal needs, and unique life circumstances. She enjoys learning about her clients through a person -centered lens while integrating modalities such as play, art, and movement therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Motivational interviewing methods to empower clients’ work, relational insights and personal healing.
