Eva Sammarco, LPC-A

Eva Sammarco is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Katharine Hamman, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. Eva completed her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Eva offers a grounded, integrative approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotion.

Drawing from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Somatic practices, and Play Therapy, she helps clients process their emotions, increase self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and restore the mind-body connection.

Eva works with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. She guides clients to observe their internal experience with curiosity and compassion, explore the beliefs that shape behavior, and reconnect with the body for deeper healing and emotional balance.

Eva's goal is to create a safe space where your story is heard and your growth is supported with respect and intention.
